Orders & Shipping

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS. Delivery usually takes 1–5 days depending on your location.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $35.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at this time. We currently only ship within the United States.


Products & Ingredients

Q: Are your products handmade?
A: Yes! All of our soaps, scrubs, and lotions are handcrafted in small batches with care.

Q: Do your products contain goat milk?
A: Yes. Our soaps and lotions are made with fresh goat milk for its nourishing and gentle qualities. Our whipped sugar scrubs do not contain goat milk due to the high risk of bacteria and yeast contamination.

Q: What fragrances do you use?
A: We use high-quality fragrance oils. You can find a scent guide on each product listing or in our sample packs.

Q: Do your products contain preservatives?
A: Only our lotions contain a gentle, paraben-free preservative (Optiphen) to ensure safety and shelf life.


Returns & Issues

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right!

Q: Can I return a product?
A: Due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, reach out and we’ll help.
